Element 1: Two-hour introductory seminar

This two hour seminar is held in areas where there are 10 or more practices on the scheme. This seminar introduces the seven Healthcare Commission domains and provides current information.

Element 2: Introductory workbook

This workbook explains the background and principles of clinical governance in detail. The booklet will also explain the package and advise on use of the CD.

Element 3: CD-ROM/online course

This 90min CD-ROM and/or online course guides practices through the implementation of the clinical governance based on the Healthcare Commission's seven domains:
